TROUBLESHOOTING

I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT

Confirm you are using the same sign-in method you used when creating the account. If a reset or verification message is missing, check spam, promotions, and blocked senders before contacting support.

MY PDF REPORT WILL NOT EXPORT

Make sure your device has available storage, then try exporting a smaller date range. If one entry is causing the export to fail, mention the date range and attachment type in your support message.

MY INCIDENTS LOOK OUT OF ORDER

Check your device date, time, and timezone settings. If you recently traveled or changed device settings, new logs can appear under a different local time until the device normalizes.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE BILLING?

Subscriptions are managed through the app store account used to start the plan. Open your Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions screen to change, cancel, or view receipts.

CAN SUPPORT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE?

No. Bad Boss helps you organize documentation, but support cannot tell you what to file, whether to resign, or how to handle a legal claim. For those questions, talk with an attorney or qualified workplace advisor.
