These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bad Boss App ("Bad Boss," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Bad Boss, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use Bad Boss. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Bad Boss is provided to help users privately organize workplace notes, timelines, attachments, and reports. You agree not to:
You keep ownership of the notes, attachments, and reports you create in Bad Boss. You give us permission to process your content only as needed to provide the app, create backups or exports you request, troubleshoot issues, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content you enter into the app. Do not include information that you are not allowed to possess, record, copy, or disclose.
Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Prices, renewal terms, free trials, and cancellation options are shown before purchase in the applicable app store.
Apple App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel, change, or request certain refunds, use your Apple account subscription and purchase settings. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
Bad Boss is a documentation and organization tool. It does not provide legal advice, create an attorney-client relationship, determine whether your employer acted unlawfully, or tell you what claim to file. For legal deadlines, workplace safety, retaliation, discrimination, wage issues, or other legal concerns, consult a qualified attorney, government agency, or workplace advisor.
Bad Boss is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not responsible for employer decisions, legal outcomes, lost data caused by user action, or consequences of using the app in a workplace environment where monitoring, device policies, or recording laws may apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bad Boss and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, employment consequences, or legal outcomes arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using Bad Boss at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the service, or used the app unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where required. Continued use of Bad Boss after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
